Mesmerizing Ocean Views Spacious Beachfront with Private Sand and Bon Fire Ring

We had a wonderful stay here in Oceanside! The house was well located and was in walking distance (10 - 15 minutes) of some great breweries, restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. The check-in was easy and the house was clean very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great. They are all on the lower level with about 12 steps to get down to. Two of the bedrooms look out onto the ocean, the third is toward the back with no view, but still comfortable and you could still hear the ocean. We had one maintenance issue that was promptly addressed. The house is on the beach, but in this part of Oceanside there is a rubble revetment wall between the house and the beach which is difficult to traverse. At high tide the beach is inaccessible. That being said, there is an ocean facing yard that is sand and has a fire pit and that, along with the two levels of decks gave us plenty of areas to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean. More accessible access to the beach is just a few hundred feet away both to the north and the south. Oceanside has an amazing ride share program that we used a few times to take downtown and I highly recommend it. When we head back to Oceanside in the future we would definitely book here again.

Such a wonderful house. The home was clean, had plenty of fun water/sand toys, and endless views. Our favorite was roasting the marshmallows in the evening. We had such a wonderful stay.

Right on the water with an open airy floor plan and feel. Ocean breezes kept us cool and the sounds of ocean waves rocked us to sleep. Would be good for a family, but also was perfect for our girls weekend. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
